light steel structure production line
　　Mainly consists of single side welding line and current H-profied steel production line.Single side welding H steel line adopts low-alloyed high-intensified steel plate to weld by horizontal welding machine.The line can cut material at one time by using 12*8M large sized plate ,web and flange of H-profied steel .Having being flatted,the flange becomes semi-manufactured product after being welded,punched and cutt,and then after assembly and head-oriented & horizontal welding, the whole process has been done.The current H-type steel production line : first produce web and flange by cutting material made by 12*8 plate shear with beeline flame, and then weld H-type steel is made in the production process of
erecting machine,frame automatic hidden arc welding machine and flange leveling machine.
