A horizontal curve belt conveyor is a special belt conveyor that achieves horizontal turning with flat belts. It can also realize vertical convex and concave arc bending together with horizontal turning to form spatial curved conveying lines. By adopting special structural measures, an outward centrifugal thrust is generated during operation to counteract the centripetal resultant force of belt tension caused by turning, so as to ensure stable belt operation around curves. This type of conveyor enables natural direction change of the belt without specially structured dedicated belts. Adopting horizontal curve belt conveyors makes it possible to arrange conveying routes that were previously unfeasible, or greatly simplifies complex transport passages that would require complicated layouts with conventional belt conveyors. This cuts down investment on transfer stations, reduces pollution sources, equipment fault points, as well as maintenance and operating manpower. Widely applicable to coal, metallurgy, building materials, grain, chemical, power, port and other industries, it delivers remarkable social and economic benefits. This series shares identical belt width specifications and conveying capacity parameters with DTⅡ (DTⅡ(A)) conveyors, and its main components are interchangeable. At present, our company designs and manufactures such belt conveyors with a maximum turning angle of 30°, a minimum turning radius of 350 m, and structures with multiple S-shaped bends, which have won high recognition from customers.
