Mining Fixed Belt Conveyor

DTL type fixed belt conveyor is a main conveying equipment for centralized underground transportation, main inclined shaft hoisting and raw coal conveying in surface production systems of coal mines. Within an inclination range of +18° to -16°, it can meet various demands for conveying capacity and conveying distance. It is suitable for bulk material transportation in underground and open-pit areas of coal mines, chemical plants and metallurgical mines, as well as ports, docks and other places. The belt conveyors designed and manufactured by our company feature simple, solid structure and reliable performance. All large structural components adopt detachable structures. It is available with various driving modes, including centralized multi-motor drive and distributed multi-point drive, and can realize multiple functions such as soft start, power balance and automatic adjustment of conveyor belt tension. This series of fixed belt conveyors conforms to safety requirements for special sites including coal mines, is equipped with complete safety protection devices, and meets the explosion-proof requirements for coal mine use.
