General-purpose Belt Conveyor

DTII/TD75 General-purpose Belt Conveyors boast large conveying capacity, long conveying distance, stable, safe and reliable running performance, and support continuous material transportation, enabling easy implementation of automatic and centralized control. Widely adopted in metallurgy, mining, coal, port, power station, building material, chemical, light industry, petroleum, grain, heating and other industries, this type of conveyor can form a transportation system with single or multiple units to deliver materials. It is suitable for conveying various bulk materials and unit goods with loose bulk density ranging from 0.5 to 2.5 t/m³. Combined conveying layouts consisting of convex curved sections, concave curved sections and straight sections are also available. Type selection design and calculation shall be carried out according to actual terrain and operating conditions to achieve expected operating performance. The temperature of conveyed materials shall not exceed 80°C, and the ambient operating temperature ranges from -25°C to +40°C. Necessary protective measures shall be taken for working environments with special requirements.
