Common Patterned Conveyor Belts Chevron Pattern Characteristics: Chevron patterns protruding above the belt surface, either open or closed style; each pattern is available in high, medium and low heights. Application: Conveying powdery, granular and small lump materials at an inclination angle ≤40°, also applicable for bagged goods. Strip Pattern Characteristics: Horizontal strip patterns raised from the belt surface, offered in high, medium and low heights. Each type can be arranged sparsely or densely with different spacing. Application: Horizontal transportation of packaged goods at an inclination angle ≤30°. It can substitute chevron patterns under troughing conditions. Granular Pattern Characteristics: Granular patterns either protruding from or recessed into the belt surface. Recessed dimples can be designed as square, rhombus or fabric textures. Application: Raised granular patterns are suitable for soft packages, materials requiring strong grip (e.g. cartons) or non-slip conveying. Recessed dimple granular patterns apply to granular materials at an inclination angle ≤45°. Fan-shaped Pattern Characteristics: Semi-fan (quarter-circle) patterns on the belt surface. The patterns close up to form a full fan or semicircle when the belt troughs, belonging to high-height pattern series. Application: High-inclination conveying (≤60°) of powder, granular and lump materials. Widely used for material transportation in coal, mining, electric power, metallurgy, chemical, light industry, grain and other industries.
