Textile Laminated Fire Retardant Conveyor Belting for Coal Mine

Textile laminated flame retardant conveyor belts for coal mines feature high safety performance, a wide range of strength grades and complete specifications. The reinforcing carcass material is made of EP canvas treated with flame-retardant dipping glue, which delivers outstanding flame resistance and high tensile strength. It boasts high interlayer adhesion strength to prevent delamination during operation. The belt body is flexible with excellent troughability and anti-offset performance. It features low elongation in service and superior running stability, high splice efficiency and long service life. The cover rubber offers great abrasion and impact resistance as well as excellent tear resistance. The lightweight belt body reduces energy consumption during operation.
These belts are efficient to operate, easy to maintain, safe and reliable. They also have low elongation, good flex resistance, strong impact resistance, excellent dimensional stability and outstanding water resistance. As energy-saving and environmentally friendly upgraded products for underground coal mines, they are applicable to underground coal mines and all conveying sites requiring flame retardant and anti-static properties. They are especially suitable for material transportation under medium-to-long distance, heavy load, high speed, heavy impact and severe abrasion working conditions.
