(1) Mechanical Properties: It features outstanding mechanical properties, delivering maximum service life and cost-effective installation & operation for users.
Longest Service Life: The service life of the belt body depends on the following factors: dense carcass woven with warp and weft filaments plus covering cotton yarn; special-formula PVC dipping material creating ultra-high adhesion strength between carcass and cover rubber; specially formulated cover rubber. These features endow the belt body with excellent impact resistance, tear resistance and abrasion resistance.
(2) Splicing Performance: Based on belt tensile strength and carcass structure, mechanical fastener splicing can retain 50%-90% of the belt’s rated tensile strength; vulcanized splicing can retain 60%-90% of the belt’s rated tensile strength. A variety of splicing methods are available to meet diverse customer demands and ensure safe, efficient operation of the conveying system.
