Features High tensile strength, good impact resistance, long service life, low operating elongation, excellent troughability and great flex resistance, suitable for long-distance, large-volume and high-speed material conveying.
Application Widely used for material conveying in coal, mining, port, metallurgy, electric power, chemical and other industries.
Types Classified by cover rubber performance: general type, flame-resistant type, fire-retardant type and other varieties.
Order Instructions When ordering steel cord conveyor belts, it is required to specify belt length, belt width, specification model and cover rubber performance. Mark the thickness of cover rubber if the thickness is customized.
Calculation Method for Area (m²) of Steel Cord Conveyor Belt m2 = Belt Width (mm)×【Cord Diameter (mm)+Top Cover Thickness (mm)+Bottom Cover Thickness(mm)】/1.5(mm)×Belt Length (m)
Example: 500m ST/S1000 1200 φ4.0-6.0-6.0 flame-resistant steel cord conveyor belt. Area in square meters=1.2m x【(4.0mm+6.0mm+6.0mm)/1.5mm】x500m=6400m2
